In 2010, the Koniag Board of Directors set out to define the core values that are the heart of all we do at Koniag. These are values that reflect our heritage, who we are and how our company functions on a daily basis. We reflect these values in all we do and the decision we make. The purpose is to make clear to everyone — Shareholders, Descendants, vendors and business partners — how we conduct business and the goals toward which our corporation strives. 

The six core values are as follows:
