The Koniag Board of Directors is pleased to announce this year’s dividend of $6.00 per share. This is the largest distribution of revenues from operations in the history of Koniag, Inc. The last day to provide change of address or direct deposit information is Friday, Jan. 11, 2008 at 5 p.m. Dividend checks will be mailed or direct deposited by Jan. 23, 2008.

This dividend is a reflection of the success of Koniag’s reorganization, the activation of Koniag Development Corporation (KDC), and the improved management of our investments.
