Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Litigation Update

On Wednesday, February 27, 2008 the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments from Plaintiffs and Defendant Exxon Oil Co. Koniag, Inc. President Will Anderson, Jr. is in Washington D.C. this week to support Alaska Native Claimants who are class action claimants against the oil company. Will, along with other representatives from Kodiak Island and the Prince William Sound, participated in a candlelight vigil Tuesday night on the Washington D.C. mall.
