Frank Bigford

Frank passed away Nov. 26, 2012 just two weeks after his 89th birthday in Edmonds. He was a husband, father, grandfather, friend, and truly a gentle soul. He lived his entire life in the Edmonds and Seattle area. Frank worked for Sears for 37 years as manager of visual merchandising. When he retired he devoted his time to water color painting. He also taught several classes to seniors and enjoyed entering his work in local shows. He was a member of the Puget Sound Group of the Northwest Painters.

He is survived by his wife, Marjorie. They were married Dec. 30, 1961 and celebrated their 50th Anniversary. Frank is also survived by 3 sons, Ray Crawford of Edmonds, Michael Crawford of Woodbury, NJ, and Charles Bigford of Mill Creek. He had four granddaughters: Amy, Angie, Emily and Elizabeth; plus two great grandchildren, Kyle and Maegan.
