Koniag, Inc. is happy to announce the 2016 Distribution Timeline for Shareholders.  If you have any questions, please contact Shareholder Services.

January 12 is the deadline to make Address & Direct Deposit Changes. January 22 will be the date of distribution. $5 per share, checks mailed, direct deposits made to all Shareholders (Classes A, B & C).

If Shareholders have not received their checks by February 5, 2016, they should notify Koniag to request their distribution be reissued. The easiest and quickest way to make sure your contact information is updated is to log in to My Koniag Shareholder portal.  However, please note that My Koniag will be unavailable to make updates by Shareholders between January 12th at 5 pm and January 23rd at 5 pm.
