Koniag is accepting Shareholder proposals for the 2014 Annual Meeting to be held Saturday, October 4, 2014 in Anchorage, Alaska. The deadline for submission is 5 p.m., June 26, 2014.

Nominations are open for shareholders seeking election to the Koniag, Inc. Board of Directors. Three seats are up for election at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders. All valid nominations will be included in the Corporation’s Proxy Statement. The application deadline is 5:00 pm, Monday, March 17, 2014.
