Board of Directors
Koniag, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the Shareholders of the corporation. The Board sets the overall direction of the corporation’s business, sets the policies and selects the president. The Board also elects officers of the Board and appoints Board committees.
Koniag has nine Directors, each serving a three-year term. All Directors serve “at-large,” meaning they do not represent specific communities or groups of Shareholders.

The Shareholder Records Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support services to the Corporate & Shareholder Records Manager to maintain the Corporation’s stockholder records, database, and corporate records as needed. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Anchorage office, including facility and logistical support. Additionally, this position is the first line of communication between the Corporation, the general public, and shareholders in the Anchorage area.
