Arriving Soon: 2025 Annual Reports and Proxy Packets  

Koniag’s 2025 annual reports and proxy packets have been sent to Shareholders and will be arriving in mailboxes soon.  

They are also available on the My Koniag Shareholder portal at mykoniag.koniag.com.  

These important documents provide a comprehensive overview of the corporation’s performance and impact over the past year, as well as critical information related to the Board of Directors election and the upcoming townhalls and annual meeting.  

Vote your proxy  

The deadline to vote your proxy is Wednesday, October 1, at 5 p.m. Alaska time.   

Voting online with the PIN provided in your proxy packet is quick and easy! Visit koniagvote.com to cast your vote now and become eligible for an online voting prize.  

You may also vote your proxy and return it by mail or fax.   

Don’t wait! Voters who submit their proxy by Friday, September 5, at 5 p.m. Alaska time could win up to $3,000 in the first round of early bird prizes. 

Annual meeting 

Koniag’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Saturday, October 4, at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport – Southcenter (16500 Southcenter Parkway, Seattle).  

Doors will open at 8 a.m. and an Alutiiq dance performance will begin at 9 a.m. before the meeting officially begins at 9:30 a.m.  

If you will not be joining us in person in Seattle, you will find the link to watch live in the announcements on My Koniag at mykoniag.koniag.com.
