Koniag’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held October 4, 2025, in Seattle, Washington.  

Sven Haakanson, Jr., Christine Kaineg, and Marty Shuravloff were reelected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors.  

Eiley Kosbruk was named Youth of the Year and Evie Russell was named Elder of the Year. 

$3,117,600 was contributed to the principal of the Shareholder settlement trust. The total value of the trust is currently $46,013,900.  

The annual dividend was raised to $33 per share and will be distributed to Shareholders who own Class A, Class B, and Class C stock on January 27, 2026.
