2020 Shareholder 1099 Information

Shareholder 1099 Information Both the January 2020 and the Elders Benefit checks are NON-TAXABLE. This means that: Class A & C Shareholders will not receive a 1099. A 1099 MISC will only be mailed and uploaded to the portal on 2/2/2021 if you won a prize such as the early bird or Stock Will Extravaganza, or if you received a distribution from an estate with taxable income. Class B Shareholders will receive a 1099 MISC form for the June distribution only. 1099’s will be mailed out and uploaded to the Portal by February 2, 2021. If you won an prize such as the early bird, or Stock Will Extravaganza it will be noted in box 3 of the 1099 MISC form.
