Land Use Permit Form

I hereby agree and acknowledge that I have read, understand, and consent to Koniag’s Land Access Terms and Conditions, including all of the linked Land Access Permit information and rules, and I agree to comply with them as a stipulation of this conditional use permit. I agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koniag, Inc., Koniag Benefits Trust, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively “Koniag Parties”) from and against all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, harm, including serious injury and death, or property damage, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or related to: permit holder’s presence on or use of Koniag Lands, travel to or from Koniag Lands, or this Agreement. Permit holder, and anyone acting on holder’s behalf (including heirs and assigns), waives any right to bring claims against the Koniag Parties for such matters. By signing below, holder confirms they: have read and understand this Agreement, agree to comply with all land use rules, and accept the terms as a condition of this access permit. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect. This Agreement is governed by and will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Alaska. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. If applicable, I represent that I have authority to release claims on behalf of any minor children in my care, and this Agreement and release apply to such claims.
