Unguided Land Access Permit (Valid January 1 – December 31. One per person per year.) – $200.00
Guided Land Access Permit: (Must be accompanied at all times by a Commercial Operator with a valid Koniag Commercial Use Permit. Valid for one trip. Can be purchased unlimited amount per year.) – $50.00

I agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koniag Incorporated; and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, from and against all claims, attorneys’ and experts’ fees (including all actual costs incurred in defense or as a result of such claims), damages, losses, or injuries/death of any kind whatsoever arising or alleged to arise while or because of my presence, use of, or travel to or from Koniag Incorporated’s lands; or arising or alleged to arise out of the application of this conditional use permit. Furthermore, this conditional use permit and liability waiver applies to any and all claims arising out of the alleged or actual negligence of any of the releasees.

This permit and its endorsements are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
