Barbara Boskofsky

(August 25, 2011) Barbara Boskofsky passed away Aug. 25, 2011, at ANMC Hospital, at 4:10 p.m. She was 68 years old and born on Nov. 30, 1942, in Alitak. Her burial service will be on Thursday, Sept. 1, in Ouzinkie at 1 p.m.

Anyone that knew Barbara loved her dearly, as she brought happiness everywhere she went. Her smile was bright and her singing was brighter. She could out-bingo anyone and watch Lifetime movies in her sleep.

Barbara was a faithful believer of the Lord, thus the Lord had given her the strength to fight cancer twice, along with many other tragic happenings throughout her life.

She was married to Billy Boskofsky since May 23, 1977. Together they would subsistence fish, battle at Skip Bo and go on road trips. The love they shared was truly heartwarming.

Brothers Ronnie Agnot, Daniel Yakanak and Ephraim Agot Jr; sister Linda McDougal; children Jill Boskofsky, husband Gary Boskofsky; Timothy Kelly, wife Becky Kelly; Juanita Muller, husband Pete Muller; Marcella Boskofsky; Billy Nick Boskofsky, wife Tessa Boskofsky; step-children Michael and Billy Fletcher. She had 14 grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, plus two still in the oven. Uncle Nick Alokli, wife Ellen Alokli; aunt Nina Phillips; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by father Ephraim Agnot Sr., mother Ella Alokli; grandparents Willie and Irene Shugak; brother Phil Agnot; sister Natali Yakanak; and sons Raymond Kelly Jr. and Theodore.
